Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be initiated under the following circumstances:

• Order cancelled before shipment.
• Product received is damaged or defective.
• Wrong product delivered.

3. Return Process

If your return request is approved, you may be required to send the product back in its original packaging along with invoice and tags intact.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene or usage reasons. Such items will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
